STATE EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS: This is where you place the order to pay for your Custom State Covers for both Miss and Teen if they are not combined competitions. The art information is to be filled out via the jotform link sent to you by email on 2/9/23 and 3/15/23.
The cost is $60 each and includes the customized FRONT cover, which you will be able to proof and edit. (i.e. date, location, price of the book, sponsoring organization, etc.) If you send the pages for us to impose either the front inside, back inside or back cover, the cost is $15 per page. Miss America will provide you with 3 pre-selected pages at no cost if you have none.
